Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications or repairs, or damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow the product instructions.

No pre-freezing required, just pour in your liquid mix and let Q-Slush do the work. For faster results, pre-chilling your ingredients in the fridge for a couple of hours beforehand helps, but it isn't essential.
No. Sugar is what stops the mix from freezing solid, so every recipe needs a minimum of 5% sugar content (ideally 10-14% for the best texture). Artificial sweeteners don't have the same effect, so real sugar, honey, agave or syrup work best.
Usually between 15 and 60 minutes, depending on the preset, quantity and starting temperature of your ingredients. Q-Slush will beep three times once it's ready to pour.
Q-Slush will keep your drink at the perfect temperature for up to 12 hours. For the best taste and texture, we'd recommend enjoying it within 4 hours of that first beep, before ice crystals start to form.
Q-Slush has a built-in pre-cleaning cycle. Fill the tank with water and a little mild detergent, then hold the Preset Menu button for 3 seconds to start a 5-minute cycle. This acts as a pre-wash; the tank, spout and auger will still need a thorough rinse and dry afterwards. All removable parts are dishwasher-safe on the top rack too.
