Terms regarding QOVO’s Promotions, Discounts and Promo Codes  

These terms set out how our promotions, discount codes and offers work across qovohome.com. By taking part in any promotion, you agree to the following: 

1. Eligibility  
Promotions are open to all customers unless stated otherwise. Some may be limited to particular groups, locations or new customers only, as detailed in the offer itself. 

2. Using a Promo Code  
Codes are applied at checkout to redeem the relevant discount. They're non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Only one code may be used per order, unless otherwise specified. 

3. How Offers Apply  
Promotions apply only to the products, categories or collections named in the offer. Discounts don't extend to delivery charges unless stated, and all offers are subject to availability while stocks last. 

4. How Long Offers Run  
Each promotion runs for a limited time, as stated on our website or in our communications. We reserve the right to amend, extend or withdraw any promotion at any time. 

5. Usage Limits  
Bulk or commercial orders may be excluded from promotional pricing. 

6. Returns Under a Promotion  
If an item bought under a promotion is returned, your refund will reflect the price actually paid. Where an offer involved multiple items (such as a buy-one-get-one-free), all qualifying items must be returned for a full refund. 

7. Our Right to Refuse or Cancel  
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a promotion has been applied, in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, technical error or a breach of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected here.
